Orthodontic appliances from San Jose orthodontics by Top Best *8* San Jose Dentists Specialists Centers – Jonathan H. Kim, DDS, Inc. must be in place and intact at all times for the treatment to work properly. If your child’s wires break and your child is experiencing some discomfort, we recommend that you use wax to cover the sharp end of the wire.
During treatment, your child may wear elastic bands to aid in tooth movement. If your child runs out of elastics or misplaces them, please contact our department and we will be happy to mail more elastics to you. Please remember that children need to wear their elastics at all times.
